Prior to launching his professional career, Baris Kabuloglu attended the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico. There, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to his formal education, Baris has valuable language skills that make him an asset to any company. He is fluent in both Spanish and English and has a working knowledge of Turkish.
After finishing college, Baris Kabuloglu worked in Mexico City for about a decade. He worked as a Business Development Manager at Mercados y Distribucion Internacionales for three years. This was his first step into business development and solidified his career goals. In 2001, he moved on to the ORDI Group, where he worked as the Vice President of Operations for seven years. Finally, he moved to Houston, Texas, where he was a Managing Partner at OneShot for an entire decade.
During his career, Baris Kabuloglu has repeatedly demonstrated his skills and competency. He has worked hard to build profitable relationships with C-level executives, allowing him to negotiate and close complex business contracts and partnerships with Fortune 500 companies. He is a detail-oriented leader who has built and led teams of over 50 individuals. Baris has experience in goal setting and accountability, helping his teams achieve high-performance standards.
Over the years, Baris Kabuloglu has built his experience primarily in the realm of Consumer Products and Industrial Goods. He has worked with supply chain logistics, procurement, production, sales, and distribution processes. He understands the importance of efficiency and optimization and has worked hard to help his companies reach their maximum potential. His primary focus has always been maximizing impact through strategic programs that increase sales and streamline operations in order to reach preestablished goals. Paired with his management and negotiation skills, Baris has been a valuable leader for each company he has worked with, and he is proud of the career he has built for himself.
